Promoting Bangladeshi culture in our society; creating a congenial environment for proper upbringing of our children; fostering philanthropy; and practicing democratic and pluralistic values in the society.

Objective

• Promote Bangladeshi culture within the community;

• Create an environment appropriate for proper upbringing of the community kids;

• Build bondage among the community members, in particular among the next generation;

• Organize social and cultural events and festivals;

• Recognize academic achievements of young community members through appreciation and scholarship;

• Do other charitable and philanthropic works as resources allow, e.g. – helping community members in time of needs, e.g. jobs, sickness, funerals etc.; helping new community members to settle in; and providing occasional aid to underprivileged people of Bangladesh in education, employment, disaster relief etc.;

• Act as an information sharing platform for the community;

• Maintain friendly intercommunity relationship;

• Represent Bangladesh and its culture to the international community; and

• Promote democratic and pluralistic values in the society.
